These terms apply to all patients of The Lodge Private Dental Care, a trading name of The Lodge Dental Surgery Limited.

Appointments

All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to protect the time of patients following you.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes to appointments. Clinical time is reserved exclusively for you and late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge.

Examinations & Hygiene — £50

Treatment appointments up to 60 minutes — £75

Treatment appointments over 60 minutes — £150

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, apple pay and debit card.

Treatment Plans

All treatment fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins. A signed treatment plan is required before treatment commences. Fees are subject to change if the clinical situation changes materially from that assessed at the planning stage.

Complaints

We take all feedback seriously. If you have a concern, please speak to a member of the team in the first instance or contact us at contact@thelodgedentalsurgery.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Dental Complaints Service at dentalcomplaints.org.uk or 08456 120 540, or to the General Dental Council at gdc-uk.org.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
